Welcome to Wisteria Wood Designs. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Product Information

All of our products are handmade. As a result, minor variations in size, colour, or finish may occur. We make every effort to display items as accurately as possible, but colours may appear differently on screens.

 

2. Personalised Orders

Personalised items are made to order based on the information you provide. Please double-check all spellings, dates, and details before placing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

 

3. Payment

Full payment is required at checkout. We accept secure card payments via Shopify and its integrated payment systems.


4. Dispatch & Delivery

  • Processing time is stated on each product page.
  • You will be notified once your item has been dispatched.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement.
  • Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days in unused condition for a refund (excluding shipping).


6. Cancellations

Orders for personalised items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order, unless production has already started.

 

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or injury caused by the use or misuse of our products.

 

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used only to process your order and will never be shared with third parties. See our [Privacy Policy] for more details.
