Shipping & Delivery

At Wisteria Wood Designs, we lovingly create and deliver a mix of handcrafted keepsakes and hire items for weddings and special occasions. Here’s how our shipping and delivery process works:

Personalised Keepsakes (Products for Sale)

All keepsake items are handmade to order and include free UK delivery – no hidden costs at checkout.

  • Production time: Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched
  • Shipping method: We use trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail or Evri
  • Delivery time: Typically 2–4 working days after dispatch
  • Shipping cost: Free UK delivery is included on all personalised items
  • Collection option: You’re welcome to collect your order from Yateley, Hampshire (GU46 7QU) by arrangement
  • International shipping: Not currently offered by default, but we’re happy to discuss European or US shipping upon request

Hire Items (Lawn Games, Light-Up Letters, Selfie Booth and More)

Hire items are delivered and collected around your wedding or event date. Delivery is not processed at checkout – we’ll confirm everything with you directly once you've booked or submitted an enquiry.

Delivery Options:

Wedding Package bookings
Include free delivery and collection within 20 miles of Yateley, Hampshire (GU46 7QU)

  • Beyond 20 miles: £1 per mile each way, based on the round-trip distance beyond the free zone
  • Example: 35 miles = 15 miles over = £30 total

Individual Hire bookings (outside the package)
Include free delivery and collection within 10 miles of Yateley

  • Beyond 10 miles: £1 per mile each way, based on the round-trip distance beyond the free zone
  • Example: 25 miles = 15 miles over = £30 total

Self-collection and return:

You’re welcome to collect and return hire items yourself (or via someone acting on your behalf).
Wedding package customers who choose this option receive a £100 discount from the package price.

Setup and installation:

Some items include setup, while others are drop-off only or suitable for self-assembly. We’ll confirm what’s included when you book and are happy to talk you through anything you’re collecting yourself.
