Terms & Conditions of Sale

Welcome to Wisteria Wood Designs. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale.

1. Product Information

All of our products are handmade. As a result, minor variations in size, colour, or finish may occur. We make every effort to display items as accurately as possible, but colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

2. Personalised Orders

Personalised items are made to order based on the information you provide. Please double-check all spellings, dates, and customisation details before placing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at checkout. We accept secure card payments through Shopify and its integrated payment systems.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

  • Estimated processing times are shown on each product page
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details provided at checkout

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photographs – we will arrange a replacement where appropriate
  • Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days in unused condition for a refund (excluding shipping)

6. Cancellations

Orders for personalised items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not already begun. After that time, cancellations are no longer possible.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our liability will not exceed the amount paid for your order.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used solely to process your order and will never be shared with third parties. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
